Formentera · We’re exploring the idea

Shall we host a LAN partyat the sports hallin Formentera?

We want to bring PC gamers together at Poliesportiu Antoni Blanc. There’s no date or programme yet; before taking things further, we want to find out how many people would come.

There’s no date or pricing yet. First, we want to know whether you’d come.

The experience

What might the LAN include?

The idea is to bring PC gamers together to bring their own rigs, play over a local network, show off their setups and meet other players. There’s no fixed programme yet.

Play together on a local network

The idea is to connect everyone’s PCs to a local network and play in the same room, rather than everyone staying at home.

  • 02

    Show off your setup

Your tower, your peripherals and the setup you’re always talking about. A chance to see what everyone else has on their desk.

A LAN party in an island sports hall

We want to find out whether there’s enough interest to organise this kind of event in Formentera.

How it could look

How the sports hall could look

These images show one possible layout for the court. They’re visual concepts, not a confirmed setup.

Help us get it off the ground

We’re exploring the idea of a LAN party in Formentera and looking for people, organisations and businesses who’d like to help. That could mean equipment, prizes, materials, promotion or an activity. Nothing has been agreed yet; we can talk through the details if the project moves forward.

  • Your contribution on the website

We’ll list confirmed collaborators on the website, which will be available in Spanish, Catalan and English.

  • Let’s discuss how to work together

The idea is still at an early stage, so we can discuss what kind of contribution makes sense. There’s no fixed sponsorship package.

  • Reach people who are into gaming

If the event goes ahead, we hope to bring together PC gamers, groups of friends and people interested in hardware. Audience numbers aren’t available yet.
